The time it takes to get an item ready for shipment varies from item to item.

The specified shipping times are approximate and apply to shipping within Germany. Other transit times apply to foreign countries. 

Delivery is always to the curb. A delivery free point of use can be booked for additional costs. Please send us an email about this.

Please check your order immediately upon receipt and inform us of any damage.

Damage after acceptance can’t be accepted.

Customs and Import Fees Buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees that may apply. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Delays in delivery due to force majeure or due to unforeseen circumstances for which we are not responsible, such as operational disruptions, strikes, lockouts, lack of means of transport, difficulties in obtaining raw materials, official orders, late delivery by our suppliers, do not lead to delay or damages. An agreed delivery period is extended by the duration of the hinderance.
